Msgr. Philip J. Reilly
June 20, 1934 – November 30, 2024
It is with great sadness that our dear friend and the founder of the Helpers of Gods Precious Infants Monsignor Philip Reilly passed away. It was a great honor to have known Monsignor, and Charlotte was blessed having him visit, give talks and lead us in a procession. He saved and touched so many lives, Monsignor Reilly you will be dearly missed by many around the world.
Monsignor Reilly, Pray for us and all the Helpers of Gods Precious Infants around the world.

Rest in Peace, Msgr. Philip J. Reilly. This unsung hero of the pro-life movement has gone to his eternal reward. Founder of “Helper of God’s Precious Infants,” Msgr. saved tens of thousands of babies in his compassionate method of sidewalk counseling for decades in Brooklyn. His evangelization spread throughout the world. In NYC, he taught the Sisters of Life and the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal (and me) all of his ways, mostly interior. Eternal rest grant unto him O Lord, and may perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul and the souls of all the faithful departed rest in peace. —–Fr. Dave Nix
